As the Director, Kiera-Lee plays a vital role in ensuring that the needs of clients are consistently met, always striving to provide a Trauma-Informed, and client focussed holistic approach to care.
Despite her leadership position, she remains hands-on, working directly with clients on the ground, offering an all-around approach to support. This not only enriches the client experience but also allows Kiera-Lee to stay connected with the heart of the organization.

Administration/Support Worker
Louie is a highly qualified and adaptable healthcare professional with a background as an Assistant in Nursing and Assistant in Acute Care Nursing. Her passion for the outdoors reflects her energetic and flexible approach to supporting clients, ensuring that their needs are always met in a way that is comfortable and tailored to each individual.
With extensive experience across a broad range of areas, Louie is well-versed in providing care for individuals with conditions such as epilepsy, drug and alcohol misuse, psychosocial disorders, mental health challenges, neurodivergent spectrums, cerebral palsy, diabetes, and more. Her skill set also includes personal care, manual handling, and the use of transfer equipment, allowing her to provide comprehensive and professional support in diverse situations.
Support Worker
Ayla is known for her positive "Can-do" attitude, blending encouragement and empathy in everything she does. Ayla's passion for outdoor activities such as and exploring reflects her adventurous spirit.
Ayla has valuable experience supporting individuals with a variety of needs, including neurodivergent spectrums, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), acquired brain injuries, and cognitive delays, her compassionate approach ensures that each participant receives personalized support, helping them navigate challenges while fostering independence and self-confidence.
Her enthusiasm and commitment make Ayla an exceptional support worker, dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of those she works with.
